RayXpress values our riders and is committed to creating a safe, fair, and professional delivery environment. This Rider Policy explains your responsibilities, earnings, and conduct while delivering with RayXpress.
To become a RayXpress Rider, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a valid driving license and necessary permits (if using a motorbike/car).
Own a roadworthy vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) with valid insurance.
Have a smartphone with an active internet connection.
As a rider, you agree to:
Deliver Orders Safely: Follow all traffic rules and drive responsibly.
Be On Time: Pick up and deliver orders within the time shown in the app.
Maintain Professionalism: Be polite, respectful, and wear clean attire while interacting with customers and merchants.
Keep App Active: Ensure the Rider App is updated and notifications are enabled during your working hours.
Handle Food Carefully: Keep orders upright and secure to avoid damage or spillage.
Earnings are based on completed deliveries (base fee + distance + incentives, if any).
Payments are made weekly or as per your selected payout method.
Incentives/bonuses (if available) depend on performance, ratings, and peak-hour availability.
Riders must avoid unnecessary cancellations after accepting an order.
Repeated cancellations, late pickups, or no-shows may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Riders must carry all legally required documents while on duty.
Helmets (for two-wheelers) and seat belts (for cars) are mandatory.
Alcohol, drugs, or unsafe driving while on duty will lead to immediate suspension.
Riders can contact RayXpress Rider Support via the app or hotline for assistance.
Payment disputes or issues will be reviewed and resolved within [X] business days.
RayXpress may deactivate your account for:
Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
Repeated customer complaints or poor ratings.
Violation of traffic laws or unsafe behavior.
Breach of this Rider Policy.
